And an idea of what you would like help with, Bookkeeping, Invoicing, Self Assessment Tax Returns etc.

So once we have discovered what help you need, we will drop you a quick quotation via email for you to take a look at, if you're happy, great we can move forward, If you're not, then we can tweak the quotation to see if there another way forward.
If there's not, that's it, you will not hear from us again, unless you contact us, we will not bombard you with emails, texts etc.
If you want to go ahead, we will prepare a Letter of Engagement, this will outline everything we will do for you in more detail, terms and conditions, legal stuff and payment terms etc.
The Letter of Engagement will need to be e-signed (Electronic Signature) you can do this via the email, you will also have the option to sign up to our Client Portal at this time, this is not compulsory but it is a GDPR compliant way of sending any documents to us.
Once the Letter of Engagement is signed, we will request ID in order to complete our AML Requirements (Anti-Money Laundering), this is usually 2 forms of ID, one photographic ID, such as passport or driving licence, and one with proof of address, such as a utility bill or bank statement (Dated within 3 Months)
Depending on what services you require we may invoice and request payment, this can be made by Bank Transfer, we do not accept cash.
Once this is completed, we will let you know what information we need from you in order to complete the work requested, this can be sent by email, WhatsApp, via the Client Portal, or by Post, whatever suits you best.
For documents such as Bank Statements and ID we would always advise using the Client Portal.
